Sturgis Events welcomes inquiries from both clients and non-clients for rentals! You can add rentals up to three weeks before your wedding. If you need the rentals for decoration prep before your wedding day, a pick-up in Miamisburg, Ohio, will be arranged within three weeks of your wedding. If you don't need the rentals for prep and you are a Sturgis Events client, we will bring them to the dress rehearsal or the wedding day. Rentals must be returned to Miamisburg within three business days after your wedding. If picking up the rentals before the dress rehearsal will help with a smoother setup on the wedding day, I recommend doing so.

A $20 fee is charged when the rentals are booked. This fee does not go towards the total price and will be refunded once all the rentals are returned undamaged. If any items are damaged, the fee will not be returned. The full payment for the rentals is due on the day you receive them.​
